Due to a high volume of requests over the holidays, processing times may take longer than normal.

Photo Requirements:

Photos must have been taken within the last 6 months
Face must be clearly visible
No group photos
Only .jpg/jpeg files (Most phone photos meet this requirement)

Online submissions may take up to three business days to process. If you are visiting within that timeframe, you may present a valid, government-issued photo ID (Drivers license, passport, etc.) upon entry or have your photo taken upon arrival. Parents of children may provide a school ID or insurance card listing the child’s name in lieu of a photo ID.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

New family memberships purchased on or after 5/1/2025 will be allowed a maximum of 5 children included with the cost of the membership.

Family memberships set up prior to 5/1/2025 and are renewed within a month of their expiration date will be grandfathered in to the maximum of 8 children. This will remain in effect through 5/1/26, after which all new and renewed family memberships will be allowed a maximum of 5 children.

Children included on a membership must reside in the household of at least one named adult on the membership. Grandparents may include grandchildren even if the children do not live in their household.

Additional children can be added to your membership for $15 per child for the duration of your current membership period. This child add-on fee is due during each renewal to maintain the additional children on your membership.
