  • School Lunch Request

  •  This is a request for adding school lunches to confirmed field trips. You will need to enter your confirmation number on the next page. If you do not already have a confirmed Field Trip, you can register for a field trip using our Field Trip page. Requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your visit.

    All school lunches are required to be paid for in advance. Once this form has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with a credit card authorization form attached. This form must be completed and sent back via email within 72 hours of receiving it.

    Available Monday-Friday, year-round.

     

    Lunch Options

    • Whole Pizzas: $24 per pizza, 8 slices per pizza
      • Options: cheese, pepperoni
      • Max: 12 pizzas
    • Hot Dog Lunch: $8 per person
      • Min: 10 Hot Dogs
      • Max: 100 Hot Dogs
    • Add Chips and a can of water: $6 per person
      • Min: 10 Chips & Waters 
      • Max: 100 Chips & Waters

     

    School Lunch Policies

    • Once this form has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with a credit card authorization form attached. This form must be completed and sent back via email within 72 hours of receiving.
      • If the form is not returned within 72 hours, your school lunch request will not be processed.
    • Once the payment form has been received, the balance due will be processed within 3 business days. A copy of the receipt, along with a paid invoice, will be emailed to you.
    • Pick up Times: 10:30am, 11:00am or 11:30am
    • Pick up Location: Base Camp Cafe
      • You can bypass the line at Base Camp Cafe and go to the left side of the counter. Please provide the school's name to a food associate who will hand the food and beverages over to you and your chaperones to take it from there.

     

    Rescheduling and Cancelling

    • You must contact privateevents@cincinnatizoo.org to cancel or reschedule your school lunch order.
    • We require a 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled date to receive a full refund. 
    • All refunds will be placed back on the card provided.

    All requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. There is a 10-person lunch minimum. School lunches are limited to 100 lunches per day across all group orders. If we are unable to fulfill a group order, our team will contact you.
